Davis, Hutchinson & Karich Insurance Agency, Inc. was first known as Davis Insurance Agency located in downtown Bedford Ohio.  Five years later the agency was incorporated and changed the name to Davis & Associates Insurance Agency, Inc. 

In 1979 Davis and Associates merged with Karich Insurance Agency, and later moved its operations to the city of Independence.  It then merged with the Spieth-Hutchinson Insurance agency and became Davis, Hutchinson & Karich Insurance Agency Inc.
